| The Course
You will find the course is generally flat, and very fast. It begins with an open water swim in Walmsley Lake located at the center of Albert Dyck Park. Once you finish your swim the bike course is a wide open ride around the beautiful setting of the Fraser Valley. The event finishes with a
spectator friendly, "multi-loop" run on a firm gravel pathway around the lake to the Finish Line.
Coloured wrist bands will be used to help count laps on the run
course.
